By accessing or using the Roastery Station website (roastery-station.netlify.app) and visiting any of our physical locations in Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Roastery Station operates specialty coffee shops across three locations in Dubai - Al Barsha (Wheel to Wheel Auto Service, Umm Suqeim Street), Gulf Towers (WeWork, Block B1, 9th Floor, Umm Hurair Second), and Al Satwa (75 Al Safa Street). We offer specialty coffee beverages, food items, and wholesale coffee services.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed in our locations and on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify our pricing without prior notice. Payment methods accepted may vary by location and include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment solutions.
4. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing and terms are provided upon inquiry. Wholesale agreements are subject to separate terms that will be communicated during the onboarding process. Minimum order quantities and delivery schedules are determined on a per-client basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Roastery Station website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Roastery Station and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious software, or engage in any activity that could harm our website or other users. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Roastery Station provides its services and website content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or continuously available. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
8. Health and Safety
Our products may contain allergens including but not limited to milk, nuts, soy, and gluten. Customers with food allergies are advised to inform our staff before ordering. Roastery Station adheres to all Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and standards.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
