Warm spices, rich chocolates, and surprising twists. Limited time only.

Dubai winters are short and gentle, but they still deserve their own flavours. From December through February, we introduce a limited seasonal menu at all three of our stations. These drinks are designed to feel warmer, richer, and more indulgent than our year-round offerings, without abandoning the specialty coffee principles that define us.

This Season's Menu

Spiced Brown Sugar Latte

Our espresso base with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of cardamom. Warm and grounding.

Dark Chocolate Mocha

Single-origin dark chocolate combined with our house espresso and steamed milk. Rich, not sweet.

Warm Oud Honey Latte

A blend of floral honey and a subtle oud-inspired aromatic, unique to Dubai. Unexpected and memorable.

Toasted Coconut Cortado

Toasted coconut syrup in a short, balanced cortado. A nod to warmth without the heaviness.

Why Seasonal Menus Matter

Specialty coffee is already deeply seasonal at origin; harvest seasons determine when different beans are at their freshest. It makes sense that the drinks we build from those beans should also change with the calendar. Seasonal menus keep our work creative, give our baristas something new to master, and give you a reason to visit that goes beyond your regular order.

Each seasonal drink is tested extensively before it reaches the menu. We build the flavour profile around the beans available at that time, so the drink is coherent rather than random. Winter is an opportunity to work with richer, darker roast profiles that complement warming spices and bittersweet chocolates.
