The Pistachio Latte: A Dubai Favourite

Guests keep coming back for it. Here is the story behind our most-requested drink.

Ask any regular at our Al Satwa station what they order, and nine times out of ten you will hear the same answer: the pistachio latté. It has become the drink most associated with Roastery Station across Dubai, and the reasons are not hard to find.

Why Pistachio Works with Coffee

Pistachio has a naturally sweet, buttery flavour with a subtle nuttiness that pairs beautifully with the caramel and cocoa notes in a well-extracted espresso. Unlike hazelnut or vanilla, which can overwhelm the coffee, pistachio complements without dominating. The result is a drink that tastes indulgent but still lets the coffee shine.

The texture matters too. Our pistachio latte is built with a pistachio paste that emulsifies into the milk, giving the drink a silky body that a simple syrup cannot replicate. When our barista steams the milk, the pistachio integrates fully. Every sip is consistent from first to last.

"Loved the V60 and Pistachio Latte. Hands down the best coffee I have had in Dubai."

The Dubai Context

Dubai has developed a sophisticated palate for flavoured lattes. Residents here are accustomed to high-quality food and want beverages that reflect that standard. Pistachio, as a premium nut with deep cultural resonance across the Middle East, resonates in a way that feels local rather than imported.

That connection matters. When we serve a pistachio latté at any of our three stations, it feels appropriate to the context. It is not a novelty; it is a natural fit for this city.

How to Order It

The pistachio latté is available hot or iced at all three of our stations. If you prefer your drinks less sweet, ask our barista to use half the amount of pistachio paste. If you love it sweet and rich, try it iced over a large cube with an extra shot of espresso.

It also pairs exceptionally well with our chocolate croissant, where the bitter dark chocolate and the sweet nuttiness create a combination worth repeating every morning.
